About ZAODA

Connected Manufacturing for Custom Components

Shanghai Zaoda Technology Co., Ltd.

ZAODA is the manufacturing brand of Shanghai Zaoda Technology Co., Ltd.

Tooling, die casting, CNC machining, surface finishing and product assembly are carried out in-house.

Manufacturing Capabilities

ZAODA brings together tooling, high-pressure die casting, CNC machining, surface finishing and product assembly for custom component projects.

Engineering review before production

We review the drawing and application, clarify open technical questions and define the operations needed for the part. The proposed process considers material, geometry, quantities, critical interfaces, finishing, assembly and inspection.

Agree the scope and delivery requirements

The quotation and project documents establish manufacturing scope, required records, approvals and delivery requirements. Drawing revisions and scope changes are reviewed for their effect on tooling, cost, quality and schedule.

How We Work with Your Team

Resolve the part requirements and approval points before committing the production route. Keep drawing revisions, open questions and scope changes visible throughout the project.

  1. 01

    Share the requirement

Provide the drawing, material, quantity, application, finish and critical characteristics. Flag unresolved decisions and confidentiality needs.

  2. 02

    Review the route

Clarify manufacturing feasibility, tooling or fixtures, secondary work, inspection scope and quotation assumptions.

  3. 03

    Agree approvals

Define sample requirements, acceptance criteria, required records and the approval points for production.

  4. 04

    Control the delivery

Coordinate the agreed manufacturing, inspection and packaging scope. Review changes for their effect on cost, quality and timing.

Starting a project with ZAODA

Before You Send a Project Inquiry

Which projects can I submit for review?

Custom metal components that may use high-pressure die casting, CNC machining, or a controlled combination of both, including required secondary work and inspection.

What should I include in the first project message?

Include the drawing revision, quantity, material, critical characteristics, finish, tests, documents, delivery country, project stage, and confidentiality requirement.

How should restricted drawings be submitted?

Arrange any required NDA or special transfer method first; otherwise use the RFQ form, where attachments are stored outside the public web directory.
