Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern access to and use of the ZAODA website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Limits of Website Information
The website provides general information about manufacturing processes, materials, design considerations, and possible production routes. It is not an engineering approval, certified specification, offer, warranty, or commitment that a particular part can be produced. Drawings, accepted quotations, purchase orders, quality agreements, and other project documents control an actual order.
Material names, tolerances, finishes, lead times, capacities, inspection methods, and examples must be confirmed for the specific geometry, quantity, condition, revision, equipment, and acceptance criteria. process images are illustrations and are not evidence of ZAODA equipment, employees, capacity, or customer production.
RFQs, Quotations & Orders
Submitting an RFQ does not create an obligation for either party to buy, sell, reserve capacity, or begin work. A quotation may state price, currency, taxes, tooling ownership, validity, lead time, delivery terms, payment terms, exclusions, assumptions, and document requirements. An order is accepted only through the agreed commercial process. Later design or quantity changes may require a revised quotation and schedule.
Submitted Files & Information
You retain ownership of your drawings, models, specifications, and other submitted material. You grant ZAODA permission to store, copy, inspect, convert, and share that material internally or with necessary service providers solely to evaluate the inquiry, prepare a quotation, perform agreed work, protect the service, and maintain required records.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that our permitted use will not violate another party's rights or restrictions. Do not submit malicious files, export-controlled information without prior written agreement, unlawful content, or personal data that is unnecessary for the manufacturing request.
Confidentiality
We apply the file-handling controls described in the Privacy Policy. Those controls do not replace a project-specific nondisclosure agreement. If confidentiality terms, data residency, controlled-data handling, or a special transfer channel are required, arrange them before submitting restricted material.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, bypass access or security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, overload forms or endpoints, upload malware, impersonate another person, scrape protected areas, misuse contact information, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
ZAODA content and links
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, logos, and original content belong to ZAODA or its licensors. You may view and make reasonable internal business use of public pages, but may not republish substantial content or use ZAODA marks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
The site may link to standards bodies, associations, social platforms, maps, video hosts, or other third-party services. Their content and availability are controlled by their operators, and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Availability and disclaimers
We may change, suspend, or withdraw website features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibility for loss
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZAODA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on general website content. Liability connected with a quotation or manufacturing order is governed by the documents accepted for that transaction.
Changes and contact
